Lee Mozena founded Zena Consulting in 2008, to help leaders  improve self-awareness, interpersonal, and communication skills in the USA's increasingly diverse organizations.  

Launched initially to as a training firm, she's since added strategic communication and conflict management SERVICES.



OLD-Lee Mozena founded Zena Consulting in 2008, based on her learning journey from a 100% white, Christian, semi-rural upbringing in western Pennsylvania to a multicultural, multi-faith, urban adulthood. 


Having shifted from a country mouse to city rat, Lee understands executives who feel confused, left out, or shut down around the high expectations facing leaders today- often on topics beyond their expertise. She helps clients improve self-awareness, interpersonal, and communication skills.
