I've worked with hundreds of leaders who want to build more inclusive organizations or teams to compete and grow.

A methodology I sometimes use is Harvard's Adaptive Leadership. This model breaks challenges into 3 buckets- Technical or things, Adaptive, which involves people, and (most likely) a combination of both.

This gets everyone looking at systems and solutions instead of pointing fingers. The process isn't exact but it's a simple and effective assessment tool. c
