I launched Zena Consulting because very smart leaders asked me: "how do we engage new community groups or markets" and "how do we support diverse teams?"

They wanted to compete and grow but often lacked the experience or confidence to navigate increasingly complex communication challenges in today’s multicultural, multigenerational workplaces.

Since 2008, I’ve worked across sectors, supporting leaders and teams that want to change how easily they work together and solve problems.

My strengths-based approach starts with market data to inform our key services: strategic communication, leadership training, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
