Each year the WA Dept. of Enterprise Services / DES buys 1+ billion dollars of goods and services. Seeking to give more contracts to local and small businesses, the state formed a Business Diversity Advisory Group / BDAG. This committee brings policy and procurement employees together with business owners to change the culture of policy and procurement.
