We help agency leaders and prime contractors engage the public through more inclusive communication, outreach, facilitation, and conflict management.
This often entails working with municipalities to develop new partnerships with community groups and businesses.

Small and local businesses are the foundation of a resilient economy, healthy communities, and thriving families.
WA Dept. of Enterprise Services / DES buys 1+ billion dollars of goods and services every year. Seeking to give more contracts to local and small businesses, the State formed a Business Diversity Advisory Group / BDAG. It's goal is to "change the culture of policy and procurement" by bringing policy and procurement decision-makers to work directly with small business owners on how to do this - through un-bundling, voluntary goals, or mandated directives.
I volunteered on BDAG from 2019-2023. That's me with DES Small Business Diversity Manager, Shana Barehand, Esq.
